Italian Chique
Left building | First Floor
Conference rooms | Boardroom | Flex work desks | Education center
We were inspired by the rich history of Italian squares and palaces; their height, spaciousness, natural stone, and numerous shades of white. The height of this floor leaves an immediate impression upon entry. This floor offers a variety of possibilities, from gatherings with larger groups to small team meetings and secluded individual workspaces.
Along the long side, we've created five separate spaces with desks, boardroom table and meeting tables. The offices are separated by solid partition walls with glass at the ends. In the center of the open space, two long tables with 16 flexible workstations and an olive tree break up the view. Above them hang modern chandeliers, designed by Zaha Hadid, which are works of art in themselves.
"In practice, these flexible workspaces, intended for short-term work, have become popular spots, and the pleasant atmosphere often keeps people in this area much longer."

Wood tones, a natural stone wall behind the coffee bar, fabric seating, and the cladding of the columns adorn the white space. Additionally, on this floor, more functional areas such as a training room and restrooms are discreetly located behind the coffee pantry and the spiral staircase.
