On the ground floor, you enter the Bernardus domain, complete with flexible workspaces, a luxurious reception area, three functional offices, and a fully equipped bar.
Comfortable togetherness
Upon entering, the columns and strategically placed furniture naturally draw your gaze further into the space. The open area, finished with natural materials, is divided into zones. You'll find workspaces, but also a warm, multifunctional space with comfortable chairs at a long table to welcome guests for a wine tasting.
At the back, a fully equipped bar with an illuminated stretch ceiling awaits. The perfect location for an intimate gathering with all the amenities and freedom of movement you need to showcase delicious wines and food.

functionality and relaxation
Three functionally furnished offices offer space for small meetings or quiet work areas. Located at the front left is the boardroom. In this multifunctional, private space, guests can sit at a table or hold intimate discussions in the armchairs by a (digital) crackling fireplace. This floor also has access to a terrace in the inner courtyard.
The beauty lies in the details. Tables crafted from natural wood with integrated power outlets, leather armchairs with added comfort, and statement lighting fixtures are just a few examples.
