An entrance with a wow-factor. The hotel-like lobby immediately makes you feel welcome. This floor is designed to welcome guests, facilitate meetings, allow comfortable discussions, and provide opportunities for festive gatherings, all brought together in one space.
Nothing here is standard
There is no reception desk, but instead a space with desks for the back-office. You won't find the usual coffee corner, but rather a fully equipped kitchen with a bar where you can get your coffee of choice from a coffee tap instead of a visible machine. The conventional waiting area is absent, but there is a multifunctional space with cozy seating areas.
On this entrance floor, L welcomes guests, colleagues gather for brief and comfortable meetings, board meetings occasionally include dinners, or the week wraps up with a Friday afternoon drink. The lighting and color scheme in this space complement the summer-inspired styling, inspired by a 'Californian Winery', derived from Bernardus Wine, the sister establishment of Loyalty located on the ground floor on the other side.
In the center of the space once stood the telephone building's switchboards, slightly recessed into the ground due to their height. We utilized this depth to create a 'modern, yet cozy sunken lounge' with custom-made couches, comfortable armchairs, and coffee tables. The floor features a bespoke arrangement of high-quality wood, with the planks subtly following the wood's grain. The color scheme radiates warmth, inviting you to gather together.
Multifunctional
in style
Your gaze is naturally drawn to the back wall, where the kitchen is located behind a bar crafted from origami-like ceramic. The tall glass sliding walls create a multifunctional partition between the central area and the boardroom table, which also serves excellently as a dining table.
The newly installed wooden spiral staircase and elevator invite you to explore the other floors. The bronze-stuccoed walls around the staircase and elevator naturally conceal the access to the toilets and the basement.
