The house is designed as a place for many generations. Comfortable, future-proof and cleverly laid out. Almost the entire house can be used flexibly and is therefore easy to rent out (even in seperate parts). The master bedroom and bathroom remain private at all times. The rest of the house can be divided up as desired, without compromising on space and quality of living.
Where the exterior of the house previously looked unsettled, the new design brings balance. Terraces that were previously fragmented are now connected with one powerful gesture. An elongated wall forms the backbone between the house and the swimming pool. Everything flows together in the natural setting. Finished in natural stone and warm materials that perfectly match the Mediterranean landscape.
